Led by Sarah Davison, who first moved to Whitehorse in 1989 and was drawn back in 2012 by a strong community surrounded by pristine wilderness. Mukluk Appraisals now offers more than 15 years of industry experience including a decade of Northern practice, and a guaranteed understanding of this area’s unique valuation challenges.
All appraisers are appropriately designated, insured, and compliant. The current client list covers all major Canadian financial institutions, municipal and regional governments, and private clients, including lawyers, local area developers, and the major insurers (CMHC, Canada Guaranty, etc.).
Mukluk Appraisals complies with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and remains current with the RICS Red Book and the 2021 International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). The firm upholds the highest professional and ethical standards.
