Mukluk Appraisals offers nearly 20 years of industry experience and more than a decade in the North. All appraisers are designated, insured, and compliant. The client list covers all major Canadian financial institutions, municipal and regional governments, and private clients, including lawyers, local area developers, the major insurers (CMHC, Canada Guaranty, etc.).

The firm principal holds a masters degree in international economics and passed all designation requirements for the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), but ultimately switched to the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA) due to its superior insurance performance. Mukluk Appraisals is a member of the governing Appraisal Institute in the United States, and maintains compliance with both the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and (Canadian) CUSPAP. We also hold associate membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and remain current with the RICS Red Book and the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).
